It's been used for graduation parties, girls' weekends, and to get the best views of local parades from iron balconies on the second floor.

It's also a great way to experience some of Hot Springs' most popular festivals with your favorite people, such as the Fall River Hot Air Balloon Festival. Yes, you'd have off-street parking and would be within walking distance of the evening events. We book up for popular dates early, so plan ahead!

When booking this entire Hot Springs hotel, your group will have exclusive access to all shared spaces including the balconies, library, and courtyard. The party who books the accommodations will be responsible for letting each guest know what their door codes are and ensuring that check-out instructions are followed in each of the suites and sleeping rooms.
