The cozy living area includes a warm, inviting fireplace and a comfortable seating area, creating the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploration. In-floor heating and newly installed tile floors add a touch of luxury, ensuring your comfort year-round.

For an extra bit of flexibility, the suite includes a pull-out twin bed in the closet, making it ideal for a small family or friends. The king-sized bed offers the ultimate in comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep so you can wake up ready for another adventure in Hot Springs.

Located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs, SD, this suite is just steps from everything this charming town has to offer. Explore the nearby spring-fed river, fill your water bottle at Kidney Springs, or take a peaceful walk along the two-mile trail that winds through the town. The surrounding Black Hills offer crisp blue skies and a rich natural history that draws visitors from around the world. Please note that the stove in Suite 104 is functional, but a couple of burners are awaiting repair. The stove burners must be lit with a lighter (provided in the suite). We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain this historic property.

Built in 1911, The FlatIron retains much of its original charm. Our guests love the character of the building, with creaky floors and charming architectural details that reflect the hotel's rich history. Though the floors may not be perfectly level, that only adds to the experience of staying in such a unique and historic place.
